First I would like to acknowledge my appreciation of your chosen profession.
Complex is the word that comes to mind!
It is from lived experience (I taught secondary school for 20 years) that I hold my deep appreciation for the many components that being an educator requires.
From this perspective I offer therapeutic supports with occupational awareness specific to those who are educators:

- Together we can explore pathways to reduce and eliminate burnout.
- Strategies for healing from compassion fatigue, from grief, from vicarious trauma and the impact of systemic shortages.
- Solution generating for reclaiming balance, wellness and sense of self.
- Goal setting for personal growth.
