Is this normal?
Many women experience emotional and psychological changes during perimenopause and menopause. You are not alone - and support can help you make sense of what's happening.

What if I don’t have the words for what I’m feeling?
That’s okay. We can begin there. Sometimes the work starts with simply noticing, sensing, and allowing space for what hasn’t yet taken shape in words.

What if I've never done therapy before?
That's okay too. We move gently at your pace, and you are always welcome to ask questions along the way.

Will this be more talk-based or body-based?
It can be both. We follow what feels most supportive for you—whether that’s through conversation, somatic awareness, or gently integrating the two.

Do I need to be in crisis to reach out?
Not at all. Many people arrive in therapy simply because something feels "off," or they want support navigating change.
